The underworld Don Shah Badshah is arrested by honest inspector Kishan Singh. Badshah is sentenced to death. Badshah's men act smart and free Badshah form the police's hands, when he was traveling in police van on his way to jail. Badshah takes revenge on Kishan Singh & kills him and his wife. The eye witness to this incidence is Kishan Singh's son, who somehow manages to free from Badshah's clutches, and swears to take revenge on Badshah. The son (Ravi) then starts searching for Badshah and tells the police commissioner that if Badshah is dead, he will give him proof of his death. Commissioner sends Ravi to a police Agent Roopa. Roopa is also after Badshah, who had killed her sister and disabled her brother-in-law. Roopa tells Ravi that there is only one man who can lead them to Badshah and he is Vazir; and that she is working as a dancer in Vazir's hotel.

Was Roopa successful in sending Vazir's news to Ravi?
